Can I change orthotics between footwear?
Absolutely! To ensure orthotics have a good fit in a shoe, check to make sure the original foot bed is removable.
Orthotics are bulky! Won’t I have to wear ugly shoes to fit them in?
Our orthotics come in a variety of thicknesses and materials. We will make sure you receive the most appropriate orthotic for your footwear choice.
Do you direct bill?
We do direct bill for some third party insurers: Social Development, RCMP, Veterans affairs, Native Affairs, and Worksafe.
How long will it take to receive my orthotics after I have been assessed?
We have a 2 week turnaround on our orthotics.
How long will an assessment take?
This usually takes 30 - 45minutes.
